COMPACT SOLAR SYSTEM WITH INTEGRATED STORAGE

APPLICATION
The solar thermal system STRATOS® DR is a
compact solar system suitable for the production
of domestic hot water (DHW) through direct
heating of the integrated DHW storage. Thanks to
its elegant design and extremely reduced overall
dimensions, the STRATOS® DR system is the ideal
choice to combine quality, aesthetic and energy
saving. STRATOS® DR is a system recommended
for geographical areas with a high index of annual
solar irradiation.
A truly “plug and play” system conceived to be
installed in series to increase the available DHW
storage volume while maintaining the efficiency
of the whole solar system. The system must be
installed in areas free from frost risk.
If the STRATOS® DR is exposed to temperatures
below 0 °C (and in any case not less than -5 °C)
the installation and use of the antifreeze safety
heater device is required (available on request).
STRUCTURE
Aluminum profile, anodizing treatment included.
Tempered and anti-hail solar glass. Bottoms and
walls with high insulation power (λ 0,023 W/mk),
thickness 30 mm.

DHW ACCUMULATION
Sanitary accumulation made of stainless steel
AISI 316L suitable and certified for drinking water
according to DM Nr. 174 dated 06/04/2004.
